To make a reservation:
1. Click on the Hotel Website link below to book directly from our block of rooms.
2. Call the hotel at (262) 474-1000 x0 - when you hear the recording, immediately select 0 to be connected to a hotel team member. Mention that you are booking a room in the Stokes/Masters wedding block of rooms.
Check in is at 3PM and check out is at 11am. You may register at anytime; however, your room may not be ready until 3PM or after.

Shuttle Service
A shuttle will be provided to venue from hotels. Shuttle services will begin picking up guests at 2pm from both hotels to take them over to The Bog. Shuttles will run approximately every 45-60min.
Shuttle Schedule
2PM: 1st Shuttle arrives to pick up guests at both hotels
2:45PM: Shuttle drops off first round of guests to the Bog
3PM: 2nd Shuttle arrives to pick up guests at both hotels
3:45PM: Shuttle drops off second round of guests to the Bog (if shuttle is running late for any reason, don't worry, we will not start ceremony until 2nd shuttle drops off guests)
4PM: Ceremony Starts
4PM-9PM: No Shuttles Running
9PM: Shuttle arrives to bog to start bringing guests back to hotels (shuttles will run approximately every hour until the end of wedding)
11:30PM Last Shuttle back to hotels
There is plenty of parking onsite at the Bog for those wanting to drive themselves. Cars may be left overnight in parking lot, however, please be back early the following day to pick up vehicles.
It is approximately a fifteen-minute drive from either of the hotels to the venue. Please plan accordingly.
